Dom is Chief Strategy Officer at Enigma working across all clients, leading the agencies rapidly growing
multi-discipline team.

​

Across a career spanning more than two decades, Dom has led the strategy on some of the country’s biggest brands including Domain, Westpac, Coles and J&J.

 

Prior to Enigma, she was Chief Strategy Officer at Howatson+Company, building the agency’s strategic product and attracting key new business wins, leading to transformational growth. In her time at Howatson, the agency was recognised as a Contagious Pioneer, received multiple Independent Agency of the Year accolades including Campaign Brief Agency of the Year and scored four wins across the APAC and Australian Effies.

Before H+Co she was Head of Planning at DDB for six years, in 2017 she was DDB Group employee of the year. In 2019 she was selected for the Phyllis Project  - A global project for female leaders within the DDB Network.​

 

 

Before starting a career in advertising, Dom worked as a client-side marketer in publishing, as a graphic designer and a photographer for the NSW police department.
